- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 c. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
- 4 oz. crab meat, drained (or cooked shrimp)
Directions

1In saucepan, melt margarine.

2Add flour; stir.

3Add milk and soup.

4Lower to simmer.

5Add egg, mushrooms, cheese and crab; stir well.

6Simmer until cheese melts.

7Add sherry and stir.

8Pour into lightly buttered ramekins.

9Bake at 375° until bubbly and brown on top (approximately 30 minutes).

10Excellent side dish with steak.
