Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can mushroom stems, drained and chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- sliced mushrooms
- parsley (optional)
Directions

1Combine cheeses, garlic, mustard and salt in a bowl.

2Add chopped mushrooms, onion, pimento and parsley.

3Turn mixture into lightly buttered 3-cup mold.

4Refrigerate until firm.

5Unmold onto serving platter.

6Garnish with sliced mushrooms and parsley. Serve with crackers.

7Makes 3 1/2 cups spread.
