Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast (skinned)
  • 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 c minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 cube chicken boullion

Directions

    Place chicken in a casserole dish, salt and pepper to taste. Saute onion in margarine or microwave for 1 minute.

    Add to soup in a separate bowl.

    Dissolve boullion cube in water (microwave 5-6 minutes).

    Add to soup mixture.

    Add soy sauce and celery seed to mixture.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cook about 15 minutes on High or until done.

    Time will vary by chicken piece size and oven wattage.
