Mushroom Chicken

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

    Salt and pepper tops. Spread soup over top of chicken.

    Place mushroom pieces between breasts so they don't dry out as they cook.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Spread cheese over top and melt for about 5 minutes.

    Serve over wild rice.
