- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 12 -16 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- seasoning salt
Directions

1sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt.

2brown chicken on both sides in a little oil or margerine ( if you're in a really big hurry you can skip this step, it just helps to make the chicken a little more tender).

3place chicken in a casserole dish.

4cover chicken with mushroom soup straight from the can.

5bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

6serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
