  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 -16 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • seasoning salt

Directions

    sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt.

    brown chicken on both sides in a little oil or margerine ( if you're in a really big hurry you can skip this step, it just helps to make the chicken a little more tender).

    place chicken in a casserole dish.

    cover chicken with mushroom soup straight from the can.

    bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
