- 7-1/4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 sm. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- Garam masala, to taste
- Hot pepper, to taste
- Turmeric, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Directions

1Heat the oil, add spices and garlic.

2Saute onions until slightly golden brown; add tomatoes and heat for a while.

3Add mushrooms; heat for a while.

4When mushrooms are half done add water and cook until ready.

5Serve with Rice or Roti (Tortilla).
