  • 7-1/4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 sm. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • Garam masala, to taste
  • Hot pepper, to taste
  • Turmeric, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

    Heat the oil, add spices and garlic.

    Saute onions until slightly golden brown; add tomatoes and heat for a while.

    Add mushrooms; heat for a while.

    When mushrooms are half done add water and cook until ready.

    Serve with Rice or Roti (Tortilla).
