Mushroom Enchiladas

  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 pound Prechopped mushrooms
  • 1 can El paso mild chopped green chilis
  • 1/2 envelope Cream cheese
  • 1 bunch Corn tortillas, heated
  • 1 can Green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Grated cheese

Directions

    Cook onion until soft. Add mushrooms until they let off water. Add chilis, amd then crea, cheese.

    Warm tortillas and then fill with mushroom mixture.

    Cover with enchilada sauce. Then put cheese on top.

    Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Check. Take out when melted and bubbly.
