  • 3 cloves garlic minced, or more as needed
  • 1 3/4 c mushrooms, oyster cleaned and chopped *
  • 2 1/4c broth vegetable, low-salt
  • 3T soy sauce, sodium reduced
  • 1/4 t thyme leaves*
  • 1/4 t sage leaves dried*
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • 2 Tbs water
