- 1 3/4 c mushrooms, oyster cleaned and chopped *
- 2 1/4c broth vegetable, low-salt
- 3T soy sauce, sodium reduced
- 1/4 t thyme leaves*
- 1/4 t sage leaves dried*
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 2 Tbs water
