- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 2 tsp. poppy seed
Directions

1Drain mushrooms and chop well.

2Add all but eggs and poppy seed.

3Spread mixture on each spread out roll/dough.

4Start at long side and roll up.

5Slice logs in 1 inch pieces.

6Put on greased baking sheet.

7Brush log with beaten egg, then sprinkle with poppy seed.

8Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
