- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces, well drained
- 1 Tbsp. herbs and spices
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- sesame seed or poppy seed
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, mushrooms and herbs and spices well. Press two sections of crescent rolls together to make a square. Make four of these squares.

2Spread on cream cheese mixture.

3Roll tightly.

4Cut each square into four pieces with kitchen shears. Brush pieces with beaten egg; then sprinkle with sesame or poppy seed.

5Bake according to directions on package of crescent rolls. Makes 16 logs.
