- 10 oz. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. diced Monterey Jack cheese
- several sliced green olives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- Parmesan cheese (the final ingredient)
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in margarine and olive oil.

2Add remaining ingredients and blend together over low heat.

3Season liberally with grated Parmesan cheese.

4Cover and keep warm until serving time.
