- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 12 cups mushrooms, finely minced
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Directions

1Warm butter in a non-stick frying pan.

2Add the mushrooms.

3Saute until well browned.

4Remove from flame.

5Add cheese, corriander leaves and mint leaves.

6Mix well.

7Spread a thin layer of the mixture.

8Fold the crepe into the desired shape.

9Repeat the same procedure with all the crepes.
