- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
Directions

1Heat oil in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

2Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 min.

3Add eggs and pepper; cook 2 to 3 min.

4or until eggs are almost set, lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

5When egg mixture is set but top is still slightly moist, top omelette with small spoonfuls of cream cheese product.

6Slip spatula underneath omelette, tip skillet to loosen and gently fold omelette in half.

7Slide or flip onto serving plate.
