- 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- dash of hot sauce
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in margarine in skillet over medium heat until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

2Cool to room temperature.

3Put all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth.

4Spoon mixture into greased 7 1/2 x 3 x 3-inch loaf pan. Chill.

5Unmold.

6Serve with Melba toast or baguette slices.
