Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. basil

Directions

    Chop mushrooms, onion and celery and saute them in butter until tender (5 minutes); most of the liquid should be gone.

    Beat other ingredients and add to mushroom mixture.

    Stir until well blended.
