- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Directions

1Chop mushrooms, onion and celery and saute them in butter until tender (5 minutes); most of the liquid should be gone.

2Beat other ingredients and add to mushroom mixture.
