- 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- sliced mushrooms (garnish)
Directions

1Saute 1 pound mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed.

2Cool.

3Position knife blade in food processor.

4Add mushrooms, cream cheese, salt and pepper.

5Process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.

6Spoon mixture into a greased loaf pan.

7Chill.
