Mushroom Potatoes

  • 2 lb. potatoes, cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream.

    Saute mushrooms in butter.

    Pour butter and mushrooms in a well made in the potatoes. Cover with more potatoes.

    Dot the top with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 500°.

    Can be prepared a day before and reheated in oven or microwave.
