- 2 lb. potatoes, cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. hot milk
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream.

2Saute mushrooms in butter.

3Pour butter and mushrooms in a well made in the potatoes. Cover with more potatoes.

4Dot the top with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 500°.

5Can be prepared a day before and reheated in oven or microwave.
