- 2 (9-inch) pastry shells
- 1 1/4 c. coarsely grated imported Swiss cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Bac*Os
- 1/4 lb. or 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Slice mushrooms and saute in margarine.

2Grate Swiss cheese, then place on the bottom of each pie shell.

3In bowl, mix eggs, flour, salt, milk and nutmeg and beat.

4Pour over cheese and add sauteed mushrooms.

5Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Add Bac*Os.
