- 2 c. rice (before cooking)
- 1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick)
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Make rice according to package directions.

2Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender.

3In large casserole, combine cooked rice, mushrooms and onions and soy sauce.

4(Add more soy sauce to taste.)

5Mix well.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
