- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can (4-1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
Directions

1Melt butter in 2-qt.

3Add onions; cook and stir until crisp-tender.

4Add broth, peas, mushrooms and almonds; stir.
