  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 lb. venison

Directions

    Slice meat into 3/8-inch strips.

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except meat.

    Stir well to dissolve all soluble ingredients.

    Place strips of meat in marinade, be sure they are completely submerged.

    Marinate overnight.
