- 4 cup water
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloved
- 1 onion
- 2 cup arborio rice
- 300 grams mushrooms
- 4 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup arugula
- 3 chicken stock cubes
Directions

1Boil water and add the chicken stock cubes.

2Cook the onion and garlic in a pan with the butter.

3Increase heat to high and add rice.

4Slowly add water with chicken stock while continually stirring.

5Add mushrooms.

6Test the rice to see if it is cooked.
