Mushroom Roll-Ups

  • 1/2 # mushrooms, cleaned & chopped
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Cup cream or 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1 loaf Pepp. Farm white thin bread

    Saute mushies in butter for 5 min.

    Add floour, salt, and cream.

    cook, stir, til mix comes to a boil and thickens.

    Spread with mixture on each slice.

    Roll up and freeze.

    When ready to eat, brush each roll w' melted butter and put in 400 oven about 12 min or til lightly browned.
