- 8 -10 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups milk
- 3 bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in a saucepan.

2Add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender.

3Add flour and stir well.

4Slowly add milk, bouillon cube, salt and pepper.

5Bring to a boil.

6Boil and stir for 2 minutes.

7Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
