- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook the spinach and drain.

2Add the cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings.

3Spoon into an 8-inch pie pan.

4Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with margarine.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
