Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce

- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 envelopes MBT chicken bouillon
- 2 c. boiling water
- flour (enough to thicken sauce)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.

2Dissolve chicken broth in water and add to mushrooms; thicken sauce with flour. Simmer 1/2 hour, more or less.

3Immediately before serving, stir in sour cream and barely heat through.

4Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.
