Ingredients

  • 12 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb canned creamed corn
  • 2 lbs canned cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 12 teaspoon basil
  • red & green pepper (optional)
  • onion (optional)

Directions

    Fry up the beef, peppers & onions, & when slightly brown, add mushrooms.

    Finish browning the beef, and add corn & mushroom stew.

    Simmer until soup is hot.

    let cool for 2 minutes.

    Serve over rice or egg noodles.
