- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 4 to 6 oz. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt and pepper
- beef bouillon
- 2 lb. fresh chopped mushrooms
- 3 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute green onions, celery and ham in butter until vegetables are tender.

2Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

3Add bread crumbs.

4Add the beef bouillon if moisture is needed before adding to a roast.

5This is really good with a tenderloin or good prime roast.

6I like to put roast and stuffing in a browning bag.

7It really absorbs and holds the juices.
