  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. red wine
  • black pepper

Directions

    Cut up everything.

    Saute onion and butter until transparent. Mix brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth paste.

    Add wine and stir.

    When onions are clear, add mushrooms and pepper.

    Then add wine sauce.

    Simmer over medium flame for 45 minutes.
