- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. red wine
- black pepper
Directions

1Cut up everything.

2Saute onion and butter until transparent. Mix brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth paste.

3Add wine and stir.

4When onions are clear, add mushrooms and pepper.

5Then add wine sauce.

6Simmer over medium flame for 45 minutes.
