  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 glass pimento cheese (Kraft)
  • 3 medium size grated carrots

Directions

    Mix the jello with the boiling water and cool.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Put in mold to set.
