  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 large or 2 medium onions, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. small seashell macaroni (small ones)
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. grated cheese (sharp)

Directions

    Brown ground beef in oleo.

    Add onions, chili powder, salt, pepper, mushrooms and tomato juice.

    Cook macaroni and drain.

    Put in casserole and pour meat
  5. 5
    mixture over it.

    Add Worcestershire. Sprinkle over top.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle cheese on top.
