  • 12 cup sweet & sour barbecue sauce (I use Kraft)
  • 12 teaspoon orange zest, grated
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless

Directions

    Mix sauce, orange zest, orange juice and ginger in large resealable bag, add chicken.

    Seal bag, turn to cost evenly.

    Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.

    Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade.

    Bake chicken in 400F oven for 25-30 minutes, until done.
