- 1 c. Colman's dry mustard
- 1 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine mustard and vinegar.

2Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

3Cover with Saran Wrap.

4Beat eggs in top part of double boiler.

5Beat in sugar.

6Add vinegar and mustard mixture. Cook over hot water for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir until cool.

7Pour over cream cheese block or use on cold cuts.

8Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator. Can make in microwave.
