  • 2 lb chicken pieces
  • 1 envelope sazon goya for every half cup flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • dash worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Pour enough mustard over chicken pieces to coat.

    Add dash of Worcestershire's sauce and work through chicken.

    Cover and merinate as long as possible, from 1 hour to overnight.

    Mix Sazon goya, flour and cayenne thouroughly

    Heat oil for frying on medium high heat

    Take chicken pieces, still covered in mustard mixture and coat in flour

    Place floured chicken in hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes, depending on chicken size
