- 1 envelope sazon goya for every half cup flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- dash worcestershire sauce

1Pour enough mustard over chicken pieces to coat.

2Add dash of Worcestershire's sauce and work through chicken.

3Cover and merinate as long as possible, from 1 hour to overnight.

4Mix Sazon goya, flour and cayenne thouroughly

5Heat oil for frying on medium high heat

6Take chicken pieces, still covered in mustard mixture and coat in flour

7Place floured chicken in hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes, depending on chicken size
