- mustard greens
- salt meat
- cornbread (less the baking powder)
Directions

1Cook a big pot of mustard greens (tender ones) with small portions of salt meat.

2Move some of the juice and set aside.

3Put the excess juice in your cornbread.

4Stir good.

5(When making regular cornbread, leave out the baking powder, to limit the rise of the cornbread.)

6Roll in balls and put on top of the greens. Do not stir.

7Cook slow until cornbread is done.

8Now eat. Delicious.
