- 6 lamb sirloin chops (about 3/4-inch thick, about 2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Set oven for broil.

2Trim fat from lamb.

3Place lamb on rack in broiler pan.

4Mix thyme, mustard and salt; brush 1/2 of mixture evenly over lamb.

5Broil with tops about 3 or 4 inches from heat for about 4 minutes or until brown; turn.

6Brush remaining mixture over lamb.

7Broil 5 to 7 minutes longer for medium doneness. Serves 6.
