  • 2 qt. green tomatoes
  • 2 qt. onions
  • 10 red peppers
  • 10 green peppers
  • 2 qt. corn
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut up
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 qt. lima beans

    Boil 1/2 hour.
