  • 2 1/2 qt. cukes, cut in pieces
  • 1 1/2 qt. onions, sliced
  • 2 qt. cauliflower, broken in pieces
  • 3 qt. green tomatoes, cut in pieces
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 quarts vinegar

Directions

    Cook cucumbers, onions, cauliflower, green tomatoes and red peppers in salted water until tender, not mushy.

    Drain and cover until the following mixture is ready.
