- 1 c. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 qt. vinegar
- 1 1/2 qt. water
Directions

1Fill jars with quartered, unpeeled cucumbers.

2Mix together salt, mustard, vinegar and water and pour over cucumbers.

3Seal tight.

4Leave in refrigerator for two weeks before storing.
