  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 c. salt (pickling)
  • 1 c. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 qt. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 qt. water

    Fill jars with quartered, unpeeled cucumbers.

    Mix together salt, mustard, vinegar and water and pour over cucumbers.

    Seal tight.

    Leave in refrigerator for two weeks before storing.
