- 9 medium cucumbers
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Soak cucumbers in salt water (1/2 cup) overnight.

2Take them out and cover them with boiling water and let set for three hours. Strip cucumbers and put into jar.

3Mix together vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, dry mustard and turmeric for sauce.

4Pour mixture over cucumbers and seal.

5Boil jars for 5 minutes.
