- 1 lb. chicken breast or thick pork chops
- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple (juice packed)
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
Directions

1Season chicken or pork with salt and pepper.

2Saute until golden.

3Drain pineapple and reserve juice.

4Blend juice, mustard and honey.

5Pour over meat.

6Allow to simmer 30 minutes.

7Top with pineapple.

8Simmer 5 minutes.

9Thicken sauce with cornstarch, if desired.
