- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. powdered mustard
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Cream together the flour and butter.

2Add vinegar, boiling water, mustard, sugar, bouillon cube and eggs.

3Cook for 10 minutes in double boiler.

4Serve hot or cold.
