- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. coffee cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Mix sugar, mustard, cornstarch and a pinch of salt in a heavy saucepan. Add egg yolk and mix well.

2Heat coffee cream to near boil. Add to egg mixture and mix well.

3Place over medium heat and stir until thick.

4Slowly add vinegar, beating constantly. Serve warm over meat.
