- 4 oz. dry mustard
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 dash salt
Directions

1Mix mustard and vinegar until smooth and then let stand overnight.

2Mix egg, sugar and salt.

3Blend with mustard mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to thicken (about 20 minutes).

4The longer you cook it the thicker it becomes.

5Cool completely after mixture has reached desired thickness, then blend with mayonnaise.
