- 14 cup semolina
- 2 tablespoons gratred green chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
Directions

1First grate the gourd.

2Then, add all ingredients except the 2 extra tablespoons.
