  • 1 (28 oz.) can Contadina whole tomatoes, chopped with juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Contadina tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
  • 2 tsp. crushed basil
  • 3/4 tsp. crushed oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 (15 oz.) carton part-skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 1/3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese, divided
