  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Pesto
  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 3 slices Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 3 slices Roma Tomato
  • 4 leaves Fresh Basil

    Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

    Spray with cooking spray.

    Slice open a ciabatta roll and spread one tablespoon of pesto on each half, and then top each one with a slice of provolone .

    Layer mozzarella, tomato, basil, salt and pepper on one half and top with the second slice.

    Cook on the griddle for 3 to 4 minutes each side, until cheese begins to melt and bread is crispy.
