My Chili

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground johnsonville hot italian sausage
• 1/2 lb smoked bacon (cut into small pieces)
• 8 oz dark beer (I use Guinness or Guinness Stout)
• 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
• 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
• 1 15oz can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
• 1 15oz can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
• 2 large white onions (finely chopped)
• 5 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 red pepper (roasted, peeled, and chopped)
• 1 yellow pepper (roasted, peeled, and chopped)
• 3 tbsp of chili powder
• 1 tbsp of chipolte chili powder
• 1 tbsp fo ground cumin
• 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
• 2 tsp of dried oregano
• 1 salt and pepper to taste
