  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. shredded coconut (sweetened)
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Cream the sugar, butter and flour together. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and coconut.

    Put into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 50 minutes or until nicely browned.
