  • 1 Lb. of Ground Beef / Gr. Chuck ( I use Gr. Chuck. Less fat)
  • Diced onions to fry with beef. ( About 1/4 C. )
  • 3/4 of an Envlope of Taco Sauce Mix.
  • While your browning that... You'll need:
  • 1 Can of Refried Beans. ( I use Rosarita because they are MOIST) or make Your Own
  • 2 Cans of ENCHILADA SAUCE by Ol El Paso - MILD ( The Best in my Opinion)
  • 1 PKG of Flour Tortillas
  • 1 8 OZ. Pkg. of Mild Cheddar Cheese ( shredded)
